IN PROCESS CONTROL
The manufacturing processes are carried out in controlled
conditions, which constantly assure the quality of products.
The company has a set of documented drawings and procedures
covering:
The way products are manufactured: Control Plan, machines Maintenance
Plan, Environmental Conditions, Working Instructions.
Quality Control standards for raw materials, manufacturing processes
and final products.
Calibration Program for all inspection, measurement and test
equipment.
OUTGOING QUALITY
ASSURANCE
All products are submitted to Outgoing Quality Inspection. Any
non conformity detected in the product or in the process is
analysed to find out the root causes and for preventing recurrence
of the problems.
RELIABILITY
PERIODICAL PLAN
On each product family, reliability periodical tests are performed
and monitored to assure the original design quality of the products.
PRODUCT IDENTIFICATION
AND TRACEABILITY
All products are identified at every moment during the production
process and control data are kept in order to have basic information
for being able to trace every batch from final product to raw
materials if necessary.
